Tomorrow, May 21st, is the day of “choosing”. Most visitors of this site already know my views and program, but if you are new, you can find them at the About page. I think it’s a different approach than we’ve been used to for a quite some time. I believe in diversity of discussions and that’s why, in my opinion, I would complement greatly the other members of the board of education.
I sent a letter to the editor of Patch, in which I asked residents from all corners of this school district to vote for me, but, mainly, to say hello to each other and realize:
Hmm, we are … (insert number after the election) similarly thinking individuals. If we coordinate our effort and participate in school matters during the entire year, we certainly become a driving force of the district and achieve some respect in the eyes of the current establishment. Even more importantly, we gain respect in our own eyes.
